RateShop monitors deposit and loan rates daily for thousands of banks and credit unions throughout the United States. RateShop Alerts are a free service that alerts you to rate changes in your local market each day.

RateShop Alerts include graphs and national indices such as Fed Funds, Treasuries and Fannie Mae.

Local competitors and their deposit, consumer loan and mortgage rate changes are posted on RateShop Alerts. You may customize what is displayed in your RateShop Alert as indicated below:

Services included for free in RateShop Alerts:

  • Select 'Update my RateShop Alert Preferences' in the top right of your RateShop Alert to customize the market you want monitored.
  • Select 'Update my RateShop Alert Preferences' in the top right of your RateShop Alert to add or delete products to appear in your Alert (Deposits, Consumer Loans, Mortgages).
  • Select 'Update my RateShop Alert Preferences' in the top right of your RateShop Alert to change Alert frequency to daily or weekly.
  • Chart your rates on the graphs to compare your competitiveness by clicking here.
  • Sign up for multiple Alerts if you want to receive rate changes in multiple markets, or if you want separate Alerts for deposit, consumer loan or mortgages.
